HOW TO BECOME A VENDOR AT HHM

Just a few things to keep in mind before applying .....

Only 1 application will be accepted for the year of 2024. Multiple applications are not required to vend at HHM.

 

Houston Hemp  Market reserves the right to accept or deny applications, as we try our best to only have 1-2 vendors selling a specific product in order to eliminate and prevent any competitive atmosphere. All applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. Once your application is submitted do not assume that by doing so you are guaranteed a space in the market. Once approved vendors will receive an email with the registration link and page password. Please be advised once your application gets accepted a vendor payment is expected within 72 hours to hold your space. If no payment is received within 72 hours, the space will be open to the next applicant. 

Please note, we do have resident vendors for the year 2024 however, we are doing our best to always keep vendors rotating and bringing in new small businesses like yourself! Just be patient with us =)

 

As a Reminder, we look at product, quality, customer service and professionalism in all aspects when a business submits their application. There is a standard to our market that we expect to maintain. 

Finally, please note Registration Emails will be sent one day after the current event ends. Example, there is an event on 1/28, so the Registration Email for the following market date will be sent out on 1/29. 

VENDOR APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Houston Hemp Market. 

Please read the following before applying:

All vendors are required to follow the rules and regulations below: 

  1. COVID: All vendors are encouraged to wear masks as necessary to create an inviting environment for customers.

  2. If you are a no show or cancel - no refunds will be given as we deny multiple vendors once your spot is reserved. Vendor fee is non-refundable. If we get rained out, we will automatically offer you a rain check credit to the next market not to exceed 30 days. 

  3. We do not offer refunds, only rain checks if we have a rainout. Please, keep in mind as we are an outdoor market and cannot control the weather. 

  4. Vendor agrees to relief Houston Hemp Market and the event location, and all owners, of any and all liability. All property brought to the event by the vendor will be at the risk and responsibility of the vendor. 

  5. We encourage all vendors requiring a permit to get one. 

  6. All vendors are to bring their own tent, weights for tent, table and equipment. Some locations will require your set up to have lights. Lights are available for free rental, please ask Angie for more information on booking extra table lights. Battery powered lights are highly recommended. 

  7. Please be respectful and professional to your colleagues, organizers, venue staff and to everyone that is at the event. 

  8. The day of the event, if any rules or guidelines are no respected and/or broken, Houston Hemp Market reserves the right to remove you from the event immediately with no refund.
